PARENTS MEETING

SUNDAY 19th FEBRUARY @ 7.00PM

The coaches of the senior and junior squads would like to invite parents of all swimmers to an informal meeting in the bar at B.L.C on Sunday 19^th Feb at 7.00 pm.

This is your chance to ask any questions regarding your child’s training, Northgate Swimming Club or swimming in general.

If you have a question, or a problem, please do not keep it to yourself, bring it to the meeting. We may be able to help.

Topics to be covered include –

1. County Age Groups 2012 our targets, and what swimmers need to take/do.
2. Food and fluids for poolside
3. Nutrition.
4. Land training and what can be done at home to aid performance.
5. Training hours, and which sessions can I go to?
6. Parent’s questions.

Please make every effort to attend,

N.B.  We are not looking to recruit workers, or ask for money, so please come along.
