Best of luck to Andy and Joe swimming at Ponds Forge this week.

Andy had a good swim in 100 breast stroke and just missed His PB.

Joe Swam 1500 free, got a 3 second PB and 7th in His age group in this competition.

Andy’s 200 IM on Friday was a good swim, and He just missed out on a place in the final.

Joe has 400 free on Sunday, followed by His Open Water swim on Monday.
